The Story Behind Our Name

The name—and our logo—were inspired by what matters most: delivering a seamless attendee experience at every key interaction point. The logo was conceptualized as a visual timeline of planning stages, each ‘touchpoint’ representing a moment where thoughtful execution makes all the difference. It’s a reminder that behind every smooth event are dozens of invisible details handled with care.

Since launching, we’ve grown our offerings to include customer service, call center support, and a nationwide network of temporary event staff—because pulling off a successful event takes a whole village of behind-the-scenes pros. We’re here to be that community for you.

Our team has supported everything from high-energy fandom expos with complex schedules and nonstop attendee flow to tech conferences where last-minute room shuffles kept everyone on their toes. We’ve also worked behind the scenes at large association meetings, making sure the right people were in the right sessions and wearing the right name badges.
